Lauren is a native of Dayton, Ohio. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Mount St. Joseph University in 2019, followed by her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Dayton in 2023.

Lauren has extensive training in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, is dry needling trained, and possesses a diverse set of advanced manual therapy skills. She has a passion for helping athletes and active individuals recover from injury, optimize performance, and prevent future setbacks. Combining her background as a Physical Therapist Assistant with a fitness-forward mindset, she delivers a personalized, movement-driven approach to care.

After earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Hanover College and her Bachelor’s degree from Miami University, Karissa pursued advanced training in sports rehabilitation, manual therapy, dry needling, and movement analysis. She has extensive experience helping active people of all levels return to what they love—stronger, more resilient, and ready to perform at their best.

A Dayton, Ohio native, Karissa enjoys spending her free time outdoors and in the kitchen. She stays active through CrossFit and weightlifting, which give her firsthand insight into the demands of athletic performance. Dr. Jessica Volciak, PT, DPT, CMTPT/DN, ATC, cert-APHPT is an orthopedic and sports physical therapist located in Cincinnati, Ohio. She graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Slippery Rock University (Pennsylvania) and with her Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training with a minor in Exercise Science from Mount St. Joseph University (Ohio).

Dr. Jessica currently treats a lot of CrossFit, football, powerlifting, general adults, climbing athletes, dancers, and more! Jessica has experience working with various high school, collegiate, club, and professional level sports teams and athletes. She has worked with several patients pre and post-surgery as well as those with chronic pain helping them return to activities and sports they love. Experience in various settings include: outpatient hospital-based, private practice/cash-based outpatient, pediatric rehab, pediatric acute care, adult inpatient, emergency room, home health, and skilled nursing facility.

Dr. Jessica has gone through extensive training for manual (hands on) techniques, joint mobilizations, functional movement screens, dry needling, cupping, Graston/IASTM, scar tissue mobilization, exercise prescription, pilates, and more.

She is always learning and developing her current knowledge on best practices for her patients. Her passion is prevention and population health! She promotes this during her PT treatments, wellness visits through a holistic approach to care.
